The process started with the Accurate Carpentry sales person arriving on time on the appointed day. She was completely prepared to present the product and to then show us how it would be applied to our situation. We discussed colors for a long time with her input and assistance. The quote was returned in a timely manner and at a very competitive price (we had several other quotes.) When the work began, everything was done as we had discussed during the quote process. They keep the work site clear and clean. They respected our property (i.e. they walked carefully on the roof to protect the shingles, they did the best they could around or flowers.) When the job was done, we were asked if they totally met our expectations. Yes, they did!
