We would like express our appreciation to Accurate Carpentry for the work performed at the County Agriculture Building on Princeton Road. Owner Dwayne Hacker and his crew did an excellent job in completing a difficult project while the Butler County Communications Division was occupying the building. Accurate Carpentry completed all work on time and performed many extra services for the County at no additional charge.

Mr. Hacker went far beyond what we expected from a contractor in this situation. Understanding our budget constraints, he worked with County maintenance personnel to find existing doors, ceiling grids and ceiling tiles from the County stockpile which saved the County hundreds of dollars by not having to purchase new materials. His crew then installed these items which such skill and attention that they appear as if they were new.

Mr. Hacker and his crew were understanding and cooperative with the employees in the building to minimize the impact of the construction on their jobs. Their diligence and flexibility enabled the project to be completed quickly and successfully. Their detail in making the job look right and taking extra time to achieve a "finished look" even for a temporary situation impressed both Matt and I.

I would encourage Butler County to consider Accurate Carpentry for any future projects needed in any County owned facility that the maintenance division cannot perform. I am confident that the County will be completely satisfied with any work performed by Accurate Carpentry and I can recommend their work without reservation.

We wanted to take this time to say thank you for your generous support in helping us make a dream of a lifetime possible for such a deserving family. As you know we were presented with the challenge of tearing down the existing home of the Akers family and rebuilding them a new more functional home in one week. A task we accomplished successfully with the commitment of those like you. Building for Extreme Makeover: Home Edition was an experience that we will never forget. It was truly inspiring to see everyone working together as a team for this great cause. In this market, it was a project that many felt could not be accomplished relying totally on donations. We felt confident when we accepted the challenge that the people we work with each and every day in this community would not let us down. We are proud to be associated with the people who donated without question, without asking "What's in it for me?" Anyone can give when times are good, we did it when most of us may not have been in a position to do so, and for that we can not thank you enough. This has been a great accomplishment for which we should all be proud. We feel that our relationship with those we work with each and every day was strengthened by the experience. We also established new relationships through this adventure that we are sure will continue to grow in the future. Once again please accept our sincere thanks for everything you did to make this endeavor a success for all involved and in making the Akers family's dreams come true.

The cabinets were there when promised, a week in advance of the installation. Dwayne Hacker kept close contact with us and was always easy to reach for questions.
